Black Jack Pirate
- Captain Black Jack Cutting was a ruthless and bloodthirsty 18th century pirate, chopping up the coastlines. He once tricked a young witch into falling in love with him so he could convince her to make him immortal, but his plan was not to be.
- Kuroo Hazama, or widely known as Dr. Black Jack, is the main protagonist in both the manga and anime series. He is known as an unlicensed master surgeon who charges ridiculous fees to many people. He lives with Pinoko (and Largo in the 2004 TV series) in a house on a cape in Japan, overlooking the beach. He is voiced by Akio Otsuka in almost every anime series, with the exception ofYoung Black.
John ‘Black Jack’ Anderson was an African American who came to the Recherche Archipelago in 1835, setting up camp with a small crew of sealers on Middle Island, some thirty years before the Esperance area was first settled by Europeans.
